Chareese Came to me 8 Weeks out this time and was able to get her in her best condition ever and able to get her That Cherished IFBB PRO CARD that she had been after. She was 1st place and overall winner at NPC Nationals in Miami 2016
Justin Came to me at 16 Weeks out with plans on doing a different show but he got ready in advance and we pushed to do a earlier show. He was absolutely shredded in 14 weeks.

Did a little mini prep style diet for Jessica to get ready for a photo shoot. Was very happy with the outcome she looked great and we did it in about 9 weeks.

My primary goal and focus as a personal trainer is to help individuals reach all of their fitness, training, lifting, and nutritional needs. I prefer to work closely with my clients and always ensure they have many ways to reach me at all times of the day for any reason. I take pride in my work and am very proud of each and every one of my clients. I do not play favorites and only cater to certain clients.
