PERSONAL TRAINING
During our personal training sessions, we will work together to assess and meet your fitness goals. Each session is one full hour and will consist of a discussion of your priority areas, education on how to get the most potential from those priority areas, and follow-up from the previous session. During the exercise portion, I will teach you how to correctly perform each exercise as well as motivate you throughout the workout in order to safely maximize your results. ONLINE NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Online coaching is great for those people who have a basic understanding of exercise techniques and are interested in a training and/or nutritional coaching plan. I specialize in general health, fitness, and competition nutrition. My training plans are also geared to fit anyone from the general fitness enthusiast to competitor level plans. Nutritional Coaching is done off pics and bio feedback. You will send pictures to me at least every 7 days and if competing will be every 3 days if not every day when closer to show ,check ins on how you are done on how you are feeling,Appetite,Digestion,Strength,Energy,Pics front and Back to be done wearing same clothing in same lighting and angles each time and Weight 1st thing out of bed after you use the restroom. I will make changes based on everything that is going on. There is no one set plan that will work for everyone. I will setup initial plan after you get me current pics Front and back with your current supplements,Any allergies you may have,Any health Issues or medications you take as well as Foods you will not eat.
